Chongqing, China — Golden Virtue Biotech participated in the “Cross-Border E-Commerce Skills Training Program for Thai Students,” organized by Chongqing Business Vocational College, contributing its industry expertise to international talent development in the feed additive sector.Held from late November 2019 to early February 2020, the program brought together 56 students and teachers from Thailand. All participants successfully completed the training, which received positive recognition from both the Chinese and Thai organizers.
Golden Virtue Biotech’s international business team provided professional training on feed additive products, industry knowledge, and international trade, while also offering hands-on guidance during practical sessions.
As the COVID-19 pandemic affected the later stage of the program, Golden Virtue Biotech transitioned to an online training model featuring live-streamed classes, video conferences, and online mentoring, ensuring the continuity and quality of the program.
The training emphasized the combination of theory and practical experience. Participants worked on real-world cross-border e-commerce projects, including product listing, overseas promotion, international buyer communication, and customer development through platforms such as Alibaba.com, search engines, customs data, and social media.
At the same time, Golden Virtue Biotech integrated its expertise in the feed additive industry into the curriculum, helping participants develop a practical understanding of feed additive products, industry applications, international customers, and overseas marketing.
The successful program demonstrated the value of combining academic education with real-world business practice. It not only strengthened participants’ cross-border e-commerce skills, but also helped develop internationally oriented talents with knowledge of Chinese business practices and the feed additive industry.
